There's a word to describe

how annoying I can be. It's grand to know these things. Plaguey \PLAY-ghee\, an adjective that means causing irritation or annoyance, troublesome, seems really appropriate for some of my behavior. AND, I certainly know others it can be applied to.

Of course, the origin of the word, 'plague' describing deadly and epidemic diseases, indicates it had a beginning in terrible circumstances. The fact it no longer relates to such a scourge means life on earth has improved in some ways, and now we use the word to mean simply annoying.

And, I wouldn't submit even someone I don't like to a scourge or epidemic; but I'm okay with annoying someone, sometimes. So to you folk I've managed to annoy and irritate, sorry. But there's the word to sum it all up.
