You might be aging . . .

if you put antibiotic gel rather than denture cream on your artificial teeth,

if you can't remember where you put a book and it seems to have disappeared,

if the colder weather you've always cherished seems uncomfortable,

if you often contemplate the here-after, as in what did I come in here after,

if you remember old addresses and phone numbers, but not what you did yesterday,

if cuddling with the dogs in the morning has become a critical part of the day,

if nursing a cup of fresh-brewed coffee in the morning is as important as any appointment or task,

if you finally realize a lot of things you thought were important just aren't.
