Although I feel the yoga classes

I'm taking are good for me, I came away last week with a leg muscle giving me some trouble.  Add to this the fact that I'm moving slowly with general aches and pains, it ain't pretty.

My very good yoga instructor today gave me an out, saying maybe I needed to let the troubled muscle rest.  I wanted to keep trying (I mean, I got there ready for class!) so went on with my intended activity.  She was kind and gave me adjusted movements and poses to reduce the strain on my bum leg.

It still hurts. Maybe I will finally take her excellent advice and soak the poor thing in a tub of hot water and epsom salts.  She has become a major adviser concerning physical issues, and I got plenty of them.

Yeah, if a sore leg is as bad as it gets, what am I griping about?  Guess I'm griping cause I can.  Not that it changes anything.

Then there's the matter of the cell phone I couldn't find and then did find in the driveway where I'd driven over it.  Poor thing was not in good shape so today I replaced it.

That's not a big deal, except that it's the third phone I've had this year.  Lost phone number one while at Big Bro's; looked every where, inside and outside, under things, in clothes, bags, the car, all the furniture--no phone.  Went to phone store there and got another.  A few weeks ago, sister-in-law texted me that she'd found my phone in the sofa--I think the cat hid it.

Then yesterday killed phone number two; maybe I should put number three in a holster and fasten it to my person.  Phones are becoming a big expense.

Maybe I should pay more attention to what I'm doing. I mean why was that phone in the driveway?
