Love clever little sayings,

or quotations, I garner from various places. Today it was this plaque in the veterinary services office, where the doggy dentist and acupuncturist are.

Acupuncturists get to the point.

MacKenzie has healed and is well, thank goodness. OF course, there are places to watch in her mouth and follow up visits are required. This is just how I wanted to spend my retirement time and income. I'm trying to reduce my own expenses, including dental and now I get to worry about dog teeth.

Well, I took on the responsibility so that's what I'll do.

You meet nice people in veterinary offices; seems people who care for animals, personally or professionally, are pleasant, kind, friendly.

And speaking of nice people, Oliver has started a video production company and has contracts with Ask.com and Reader's Digest. I'm impressed, but he seems to be taking it in his stride. I suppose if you've worked with folks in the publishing business, as he has, less stuff awes you.

Rosey is establishing herself in private practice as a therapist. She does this as she functions in a full-time job (you gotta have the salary and benefits until things are set up) and is a highly-functioning community member.

Again, I am amazed at how talented and capable my kids are. They have skills and abilities that amaze me and I'm proud beyond my capacity to express. Having children that thrive and excel in areas they choose may be the most wonderful blessing one could get.

So why worry about dog teeth and money. I am rich in many ways.
